Mithali Raj is the current captain of Indian women's cricket. She is the first woman to score a double century in a Test cricket match. In June 2018, Mithali Raj became the first Indian batsman to score 2000 runs in T20 Internationals. Mithali Raj is the first woman cricketer to have scored seven consecutive half-centuries in one-day internationals. 22-year-old Mithali Raj was awarded the 'Arjuna Award' on 21 September 2004 for her 2003 cricketing achievements.
